Who is responsible
Powered Electrical Contractors Ltd is responsible for Powered Journal. You can contact us at info@poweredbristol.co.uk, by telephone on 07768 648023, or at Unit B6, Kestrel Court, Portishead, North Somerset, BS20 7AN.
Information involved when you visit
The public journal does not ask visitors to create an account or submit information through a form. As with most websites, our hosting and security services may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs.
We use this information to deliver the site securely, diagnose faults and understand aggregate performance. We do not sell personal information or use Powered Journal to serve behavioural advertising.
Contact and external services
If you telephone, email, or follow a link to the main Powered Electrical website, the information you choose to provide is handled for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, discussing or delivering electrical work. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.
Editorial workspace
Authorised members of the Powered Electrical team may use the journal’s restricted editorial workspace to store voice notes, transcripts, draft articles and work photographs. These materials are used to create, review and manage journal content. We avoid publishing customer-identifying details unless there is an appropriate reason and permission.
Retention, sharing and your rights
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for security and record-keeping, or to meet legal obligations. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf where needed to host and operate the journal.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us first so we can consider your request. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
